TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to PipelinersTour.com (the “Website”), operated by The Pipeline Life, LLC, doing business as Pipeliners Tour (“Pipeliners Tour,” “The Pipeline Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and your purchase or use of tickets, merchandise, sponsorships, vendor opportunities, event add-ons, registrations, services, and other products or experiences offered by Pipeliners Tour.

By accessing this Website, making a purchase, registering for an event, or attending a Pipeliners Tour event, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase or register for our products, services, or events.

1. ABOUT PIPELINERS TOUR

Pipeliners Tour is an event and media brand operated by The Pipeline Life, LLC.

Pipeliners Tour produces rally-style industry events, crew appreciation events, competitions, demonstrations, networking opportunities, sponsor activations, entertainment, and related experiences serving the pipeline, welding, construction, energy, trades, and supporting industries.

Built by the crews. Backed by the best.

Pipeliners Tour events are not traditional trade shows. Event formats, activities, participating companies, demonstrations, entertainment, competitions, and schedules may vary by location.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, Pipeliners Tour ticketed events are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Certain activities, competitions, demonstrations, or areas may have additional age, safety, licensing, experience, or eligibility requirements.

By purchasing a ticket or registering for an activity, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet all stated eligibility requirements.

3. EVENT TICKETS

Event tickets are valid only for the event, date, and ticket type stated at the time of purchase.

Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, resold fraudulently, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may require identification, proof of registration, an electronic ticket, QR code, wristband, or other credential for admission.

Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to refuse admission when a ticket:

is invalid or fraudulent;
has already been redeemed;
was obtained through an unauthorized method;
has been altered or duplicated;
does not match applicable eligibility requirements; or
is otherwise being used in violation of these Terms.

4. TICKET SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Events are generally held rain or shine.

Weather conditions, heat, cold, mud, dust, wind, temporary delays, schedule changes, changes in participating sponsors or vendors, changes in demonstrations, or changes in entertainment do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.

Worker Relocation or Job Changes

We understand pipeline life doesn’t always follow a calendar.

If a ticket holder is moved to another job, laid off, relocated, or otherwise cannot attend because of pipeline-related work circumstances, Pipeliners Tour may permit the ticket to be transferred to another eligible Pipeliners Tour stop, subject to availability and our current transfer policy.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, a transfer does not create a right to a cash refund.

Event Cancellation

If Pipeliners Tour cancels an event entirely and does not reschedule it, we may offer affected ticket holders a transfer or credit toward another Pipeliners Tour event.

Any additional cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will be honored.

5. WEATHER, LIGHTNING & EVENT DELAYS

Pipeline work doesn’t stop every time the weather gets ugly, and neither does a rally—but safety comes first.

Events may continue during rain or other ordinary weather conditions.

If lightning, severe storms, high winds, dangerous heat, unsafe grounds, government orders, emergency conditions, or another safety issue occurs, Pipeliners Tour may:

temporarily suspend activities;
delay gates or demonstrations;
move activities indoors or to another area;
modify the event schedule;
cancel individual demonstrations or competitions;
require attendees to leave certain areas; or
end the event early.

A weather delay, schedule modification, or early conclusion does not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.

6. EVENT SCHEDULES, ENTERTAINMENT & PARTICIPANTS

All advertised schedules, performers, DJs, competitions, demonstrations, speakers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, equipment, vehicles, giveaways, and activities are subject to change.

The appearance of a particular performer, sponsor, vendor, contractor, company, vehicle, piece of equipment, personality, or attraction is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Pipeliners Tour may add, remove, replace, postpone, or modify event programming when reasonably necessary.

7. EVENT SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Pipeliners Tour events may include activities commonly associated with pipeline construction, welding, heavy equipment, vehicles, tools, machinery, demonstrations, outdoor environments, live entertainment, crowds, uneven terrain, noise, sparks, heat, dust, mud, and other industrial or event-related conditions.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation and attendance may involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including bodily injury, property damage, hearing damage, slips and falls, interaction with machinery or vehicles, weather exposure, and other hazards.

You voluntarily choose to attend and assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with attendance and participation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You must obey all posted signs and instructions from Pipeliners Tour personnel, venue personnel, equipment operators, contractors, security, emergency personnel, and authorized event representatives.

Never enter a restricted demonstration, equipment, welding, vehicle, or competition area unless specifically authorized to do so.

8. COMPETITIONS, CHALLENGES & DEMONSTRATIONS

Certain Pipeliners Tour events may include welding competitions, operator challenges, equipment challenges, truck competitions, skills competitions, games, demonstrations, or other activities.

Participation may require:

separate registration;
proof of age;
appropriate experience or qualifications;
safety equipment;
execution of an additional waiver or release;
compliance with competition rules; or
approval from event staff.

Pipeliners Tour may remove or disqualify any participant who acts unsafely, ignores instructions, interferes with equipment, appears impaired, behaves recklessly, or otherwise creates an unreasonable risk.

Judging decisions and competition results are final unless otherwise stated in the official rules for that competition.

9. ALCOHOL

Where alcohol is available, alcoholic beverages may only be purchased, possessed, or consumed in accordance with applicable law and venue rules.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.

Pipeliners Tour, the venue, alcohol provider, or security personnel may refuse service or remove an attendee who appears intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, or unable to comply with event rules.

Do not drink and drive.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

We want people to have a good time. Don’t be the reason somebody else can’t.

Attendees may not:

engage in fighting, threats, harassment, or dangerous behavior;
intentionally damage property;
interfere with demonstrations or equipment;
enter restricted or staff-only areas;
operate equipment or vehicles without authorization;
bring prohibited weapons or unlawful items onto event property;
sell unauthorized products or services;
distribute unauthorized promotional materials;
impersonate event staff, sponsors, vendors, or other attendees;
interfere with event operations;
violate venue rules or applicable law; or
engage in conduct that creates a safety concern for attendees, staff, sponsors, vendors, contractors, or equipment operators.

Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to remove any person who violates these rules.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

11. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

Pipeliners Tour is also a media platform, and photography and filming are a normal part of our events.

By entering a Pipeliners Tour event, you understand that photography, audio recording, livestreaming, and video recording may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant The Pipeline Life, LLC and Pipeliners Tour permission to photograph, record, film, reproduce, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, edit, and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance captured in connection with the event for legitimate event, editorial, promotional, advertising, social media, documentary, and marketing purposes in any media.

This permission is granted without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in this section authorizes us to intentionally use your identity in a false or defamatory manner.

12. PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT CREATION

Attendees may generally capture personal photos and videos unless restricted by the venue, event staff, a demonstration operator, or posted signage.

Professional commercial photography, organized media production, drone operation, livestream production, or commercial use of event footage may require advance written authorization.

You may not use Pipeliners Tour trademarks or event content in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.

13. SPONSORS & VENDORS

Sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, contractors, and participating businesses are independent parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

Their participation in a Pipeliners Tour event does not mean Pipeliners Tour guarantees, endorses, certifies, or warrants their products, services, employment opportunities, equipment, claims, or business practices.

Transactions between attendees and third-party vendors are generally transactions between those parties.

14. SPONSORSHIP & VENDOR PURCHASES

The Website may allow businesses to purchase sponsorships, vendor opportunities, event activations, advertising, merchandise placements, sponsorship add-ons, or related promotional opportunities.

Purchasing an opportunity through the Website does not override the terms of any separate sponsorship, vendor, activation, advertising, or partnership agreement.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls if its terms conflict with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, sponsorship and vendor payments reserve inventory, event space, advertising, promotional rights, staffing, production resources, or other limited opportunities and therefore may be non-refundable.

Availability is not guaranteed until payment and any required approval are complete.

Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to reject a sponsor, vendor, product, display, promotion, or activation that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, inconsistent with event standards, conflicts with an exclusive sponsorship category, or otherwise creates an operational problem.

If Pipeliners Tour rejects a paid sponsorship or vendor purchase before providing the purchased benefits, we will address the payment in accordance with the applicable written agreement and applicable law.

15. SPONSORSHIP CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY

Certain sponsorship packages may include category exclusivity.

Category exclusivity exists only when specifically confirmed in writing by Pipeliners Tour.

The presence of another business offering related products or services does not automatically violate exclusivity unless the applicable sponsorship agreement states otherwise.

16. MERCHANDISE & ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

PipelinersTour.com may sell apparel, merchandise, event items, crew bags, accessories, sponsorship products, and other goods.

Prices, availability, sizes, designs, shipping estimates, and product descriptions may change.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on screens, production runs, manufacturers, or materials.

Any separate Return, Refund, Shipping, or Merchandise Policy posted on the Website is incorporated into these Terms.

If a product cannot be fulfilled, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law.

17. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing charges, ticketing charges, or other fees will be disclosed as required during the purchasing process.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, WooCommerce payment providers, TicketSignup, or other payment or ticketing platforms.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that a payment processor will approve any transaction.

18. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you may have to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.

Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in cancellation of tickets, registrations, sponsorship benefits, vendor participation, or future purchasing privileges.

19. GIVEAWAYS, SWEEPSTAKES & PROMOTIONS

Pipeliners Tour may conduct or help promote giveaways, drawings, contests, sweepstakes, or promotional campaigns.

Each promotion may have separate official rules governing:

eligibility;
entry requirements;
deadlines;
winner selection;
prizes;
taxes;
geographic limitations; and
sponsor obligations.

Where separate official rules exist, those rules control.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win a sweepstakes where required by law.

Taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

Charitable raffles or other regulated gaming activities, if any, will be conducted only where legally permitted and may be governed by separate rules.

20. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & SERVICES

The Website may link to third-party sites or services, including ticketing platforms, hotels, sponsors, vendors, social networks, payment processors, merchandise providers, and event partners.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, pricing, representations, or performance of third-party websites or services.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its original content, branding, graphics, event concepts, designs, photographs, videos, written materials, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Pipeline Life, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

The Pipeline Life
event logos and graphics;
Tour graphics and creative materials;
original photographs and videos;
promotional materials;
website content; and
associated trademarks, slogans, and branding.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, exploit, or create unauthorized commercial works from our protected materials without permission.

22. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, stories, competition entries, or other content for possible publication by Pipeliners Tour, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute submitted content in connection with The Pipeline Life and Pipeliners Tour.

We will not require you to waive your right to provide an honest review or opinion about our business.

23. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

use the Website for unlawful purposes;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or connected systems;
introduce malware or malicious code;
scrape or harvest information in a manner prohibited by law;
interfere with Website operation or security;
impersonate another person or company;
submit fraudulent purchases or registrations; or
misuse our intellectual property.

We may suspend or restrict Website access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our customers, or our business.

24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Event information is subject to change, and we do not guarantee that every advertised activity, vendor, sponsor, demonstration, performer, piece of equipment, or other event feature will appear exactly as originally announced.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Pipeline Life, LLC, Pipeliners Tour, their owners, employees, contractors, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, purchase of products or services, or attendance at an event.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law requires us to bear.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to excuse gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

26. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY

You are responsible for your personal belongings while attending an event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeliners Tour is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or damaged during an event unless the loss is directly caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.

27. PARKING & VEHICLES

Parking may be operated by Pipeliners Tour, the venue, a property owner, or a third party depending on the event.

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

Vehicles displayed or entered into a truck show, rig competition, sponsor activation, demonstration, or similar event activity may be subject to additional rules and waivers.

28. ACCESSIBILITY

Pipeliners Tour is committed to making our events and digital services accessible.

Because venues and event layouts vary, attendees who need a reasonable accessibility accommodation should contact us before the event when possible so we can work with the venue and event team to address the request.

29. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

30. FORCE MAJEURE

Pipeliners Tour will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, floods, governmental orders, emergencies, labor disruptions, utility failures, transportation interruptions, venue closures, public safety incidents, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, or similar events.

When such circumstances affect an event, we may reschedule, relocate, modify, postpone, or cancel the affected event or activity.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer or other laws require otherwise.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that a consumer may have under the mandatory laws of another jurisdiction.

32. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

33. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

34. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time as our events, Website, products, services, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

For purchases already governed by a separate written contract, updates to these Website Terms do not automatically modify that contract.
