Limited electrical access may be available depending on the venue. Vendors must request power in advance.

Tents & tables

Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and display setup unless otherwise arranged.

Insurance

Some vendor categories may be required to provide proof of insurance.

Food Vendors

Food vendors may need proper permits, licensing, and health department approval based on the event location.

Giveaways & samples

Giveaways, product samples, coupons, and crew bag items are encouraged.

Weather

Events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. Vendors should plan for outdoor conditions.
