Display size and setup are coordinated after approval. Sponsors provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display. Equipment demonstrations require advance approval.

After checkout, we will review your sponsorship and contact you for your business information, logo, and any applicable setup details. Payment does not guarantee sponsorship acceptance.

The Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to decline any sponsorship. If your sponsorship is declined, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Recognition begins after approval and receipt of your materials. Printed recognition depends on production deadlines; we will confirm available benefits before accepting late purchases.
