A Sunday Built for West Texas Crews
Long days. Miles from home. Plenty of stories worth telling. Take a little time off the clock and spend it with people who get it.
Catch the Games
Watch the games on TV while you catch up with the crew. There’s always one buddy who thinks he should be calling the plays.
Food & Cold Beer
Grab something to eat and a cold drink at Shack in the Back. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Alcohol service is for guests ages 21 and older.
Your Pipeline People
Reconnect with old friends and meet some new hands. Welders, operators, laborers, foremen, contractors, and industry friends are welcome.
Real Connections
Working nearby? Home between jobs? Looking to get connected with the pipeline community? Come spend the afternoon swapping stories and meeting people who know the work.
Check back as additional rally details and participating businesses are confirmed.
Show Up for the West Texas Crews
Crews remember the businesses that show up. Join the Permian Basin Rally and put your brand in front of the people who use the gear, run the equipment, and do the work.
Become a Vendor
Workwear, boots, welding supplies, tools, truck accessories, and businesses serving life on the road are welcome to apply.
Tell us about your business, what you plan to bring, and your setup needs. Participation requires approval, and space, fees, power, and load-in arrangements must be confirmed before arrival.
Back the Rally
Support crew appreciation through a sponsorship, useful giveaway items, or a brand presence that fits the day. We’ll help you find an opportunity that makes sense for your business and the crews.
