Package limits

This is a shared sponsorship. It does not include display space or exclusive food-area naming rights. Food arrangements vary by rally; this package does not promise unlimited meals for every attendee.

All sponsorships are subject to review. The Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to decline any sponsorship. If declined, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the sponsorship. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Recognition begins after approval and receipt of your business information and logo. Printed recognition depends on production deadlines. We will confirm available benefits before accepting late purchases.

Title sponsorships, category exclusivity, and larger custom partnerships require a sponsor application and approval before payment.
