Rally Bar Sponsorship

Description

Back the place where crews catch up and swap stories. Receive recognition at the rally bar, online, and during the event. Choose an eligible rally or national coverage.

Help support the rally bar area and put your company’s name where the crews gather. This shared sponsorship recognizes the businesses helping make the day happen.

Benefits

• Logo on shared rally bar sponsor signage.
• Logo and website link on the selected rally’s sponsor webpage.
• One dedicated sponsor thank-you post per selected rally.
• Sponsor recognition during each selected rally.
• National coverage includes these benefits at all four remaining 2026 rallies, subject to confirmed bar availability.

Package limits

This is a shared sponsorship. It does not include exclusive bar naming rights, display space, or complimentary drinks. Attendees purchase their own drinks. Offer this package only at rallies with a confirmed bar activation.

All sponsorships are subject to review. The Pipeliners Tour reserves the right to decline any sponsorship. If declined, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the sponsorship. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Recognition begins after approval and receipt of your business information and logo. Printed recognition depends on production deadlines. We will confirm available benefits before accepting late purchases.

Title sponsorships, category exclusivity, and larger custom partnerships require a sponsor application and approval before payment.
